We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Almost Family, a part of LHC Group. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Clinical Services: Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to infection control standards and the plan of care/service plan.
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Complete thorough clinical nursing assessments, ensuring patient eligibility and medical necessity for services.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans, meeting federal and state program requirements.
- Ensure Patient Safety and Satisfaction: Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets patient needs, initiating revisions as necessary with physician approval.
- Current RN Licensure: Must have current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience and Education: A minimum of one year experience as an RN is preferred, with a focus on clinical experience in a home health or private duty setting.
- Certifications and Training: Current CPR certification is required.
