Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Almost Family, a part of LHC Group. As a Private Duty RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an RN, with recent experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
