Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise the operations within the facility, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and ensure the quality of product and employee/donor safety.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs, provide feedback and coaching to staff, and administer year-end reviews and compensation changes.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with regional management to prepare for and host internal and external auditors, resolve audit observations, and perform analysis of related data to promote efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a medical or regulated field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to attract, retain, motivate, and develop a team of diverse individuals.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $117,700 per year, depending on experience.
