We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Crescent Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care to patients, administering medications and treatments as assigned.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting to the appropriate staff members.
- Document patient responses to care rendered and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist with unit management and assume charge of the unit as assigned.
- 1 year of experience as an RN/LPN (preferred)
- RN/LPN licensure (required)
