The entrepreneurial candidate who qualifies for this opportunity will collaborate with a team of Financial Advisors dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their financial aspirations.

Your Role:

Upon obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations through our Career Development Program (CDP), your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, both existing and prospective.
  • Collecting client data to formulate comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Guiding clients in their retirement planning.
  • Analyzing and recommending investment portfolios.

Our extensive training and development program means that no prior experience in financial services is necessary, although familiarity with the industry is advantageous.

Discover more about this exciting opportunity and the path to becoming a Financial Professional through our Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, where you will prepare for the required FINRA and state licenses, with all associated costs covered by the company. Following successful completion of this phase, you may receive an offer for part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, with initial compensation expected to be $15/hour or the applicable minimum wage. Upon successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase, you may be offered a full-time position as a Financial Professional Associate (FPA), where compensation is based solely on commissions and bonuses. FPAs typically earn between $50,000 and $75,000 in their first year through commissions and bonuses. Additionally, eligible FPAs may participate in a 401(k) plan and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for themselves and their dependents, along with potential paid leave.
