Explore this exciting opportunity to become a Financial Professional. The journey begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, where you will prepare for the required FINRA and state licenses, with associated costs covered by the company. Following successful completion of this phase, you may transition to part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, with initial compensation set at $15/hour or the applicable minimum wage. Upon successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase, you may receive an offer to advance to a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) role, where compensation is based on commissions and bonuses. FPAs typically earn between $50,000 and $75,000 in their first year through commissions and bonuses. Eligible FPAs may also enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for themselves and their dependents, along with potential paid leave.
