The Virtual Customer Support Representative will report to the Customer Support Manager and will be tasked with a range of customer service-related responsibilities for both the company and our clients.

This role involves daily interaction with visitors on our clients' platforms through online chat tools, where exceptional customer support must be delivered in real-time.

Candidates should be adept at managing multiple incoming requests for information.

It is essential for this individual to consistently demonstrate the ability to remain composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service.

This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation, service inquiries, and general client concerns
Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Customer Support Manager when necessary
Build relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
Provide accurate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and issues
Encourage interest in client products and services
Consistently project a positive and professional image
Offer administrative support to the customer service team
Assist with overflow tasks and other duties as required

Required Qualifications:
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in PC keyboarding and internet navigation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role
Ability to compose professional correspondence is advantageous
