About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our homeowners by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and oversee repairs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate service request logs and documentation of all work performed.
  • Evaluate the performance of trade partners and materials, providing feedback to management.
  • Participate in department meetings and emergency on-call rotation schedules.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
