Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading comprehensive testing in UAT and production environments for Sonabank's core systems and product projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banks' core systems, products, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review new vendor releases to application software, summarize the capability provided, and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technical resources, and business lines to identify items in release notes that impact Sonabank.
  • Develop test scenarios and execute test scripts to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Document testing results and submit to the Product Owner for review.
  • Provide support with test scenarios and interview subject matter experts for process flow content and business process content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the banking industry, with a minimum of three years in Retail, Operations, or Systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment:

Office environment with frequent interruptions and travel to other locations.
