\t* Evaluate and treat student-athlete injuries and conditions, utilizing standardized clinical practice and diagnostic reasoning
\t* Provide immediate care procedures for emergency situations during event coverage
\t* Administer athletic training policies and procedures, ensuring responsive and efficient operations
\t* Demonstrate competent practice through compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
\t* Assist with the supervision and education of student first aid staff
\t* Collaborate with the athletic training staff to ensure the highest level of care for our student-athletes
\t* Maintain comprehensive medical records and make appropriate referrals
\t* Travel as required to support our athletic programs
\t* Work on nights, weekends, and holidays as requested
\t* Maintain a valid driver's license
\t* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
\t* Function in a service- and team-oriented environment
\t* Function independently, display strong attention to detail, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects
\t* Possess a Bachelor's degree in a sports-related discipline
\t* Certification as an Athletic Trainer (AT) by the Board of Certification, in good standing
\t* Licensed, or eligible for licensure under the Department of Health for the State of Rhode Island
\t* Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree from a curriculum athletic training program
\t* At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position
