We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy and nursing services to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer infusion therapies to patients in their homes, including IV medications, injections, and other treatments.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and home health aides.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse, with experience in infusion therapy preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
