Regional Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Regional Delivery Specialist to join our team in Ketchikan. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.
About the RoleThe Regional Delivery Specialist will be driving a company vehicle limited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 14,900 pounds. Commercial or professional driving experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate must meet the medical requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and complete all functions in a safe and timely manner, adhering to DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer orders to meet scheduled delivery times and maintain productivity.
- Make frequent stops during a work shift.
- Verify delivery of items with customers.
- Collect money (cash or checks) where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence with proper endorsements if required.
- No commercial or professional driving experience is necessary; however, one year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months of local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
