Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at R&CPMK. As a key member of our Consumer PR team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our clients' interests through strategic media outreach and press relations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain press materials, including media lists, pitches, and press releases, to effectively communicate our clients' messages to the media.
- Monitor press clippings for clients, track media impressions, and create coverage reports and grids to measure the success of our campaigns.
- Perform daily account management duties, including facilitating media requests, meeting scheduling, developing agendas, taking meeting notes, and monthly reporting.
- Manage incoming press requests and pitch stories to media outlets to secure coverage for our clients.
- Create and edit client press schedules, briefing books, and other materials to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Coordinate and staff client events, as needed, to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and client calls to stay informed and contribute to the success of our team.
- Support the larger team by managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- 6 months of PR experience, preferably in a large agency or client environment.
- Experience targeting media, pitching, and placing stories to secure coverage for clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, media, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding the business impact.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, Muckrack, Cision, and Critical Mention.
- Familiarity with media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Ability to professionally interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
