Senior Private Banking Consultant

Position Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to promote private banking solutions to entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, professionals, and influential community members within the designated territory.
The individual in this position will oversee private banking client interactions to ensure exceptional client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for banking, wealth management, and insurance cross-selling. Collaboration with fellow bankers and team members is essential to meet service goals.
The incumbent is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to every client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote private banking offerings to business owners, corporate executives, professionals, and influential community members within a specified geographic area.
2. Develop opportunities primarily through building a robust referral network with internal partners across Commercial, Retail, and Wealth sectors, as well as external influencers such as real estate agents, accountants, and legal advisors.
3. Collaborate constructively with various business lines to ensure a consistently high level of service regarding loan processing, underwriting, account management, wealth management, and insurance relationship building.
4. Maintain and nurture existing private banking relationships, providing exceptional service and advice while cross-selling products and services, including deposits, loans, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
5. Ensure regular communication with clients to maximize relationship potential.
6. Analyze and assess personal financial documents, tax returns, credit reports, appraisals, and other relevant materials to support mortgage and consumer loan approvals.
7. Occasionally create cash flow projections and prepare other credit-related documentation to facilitate loan requests. Review all pertinent legal documents and engage in client negotiations.
8. Continuously enhance personal knowledge of private banking topics, including skills in consumer and mortgage underwriting, personal finance, wealth management, and insurance.
9. Exhibit exemplary interpersonal skills, judgment, communication, and initiative when interacting with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
10. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
All employees are expected to act as risk managers for their respective areas by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation's risk management framework.
