Customer Service Associate

Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by:
- Responding to incoming inquiries from customers, including the general public and potential enrollees.
- Assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf while adhering to all performance standards, policies, and protocols, particularly those concerning confidentiality and privacy.
- Documenting all inquiries accurately using the designated systems.
- Completing related tasks in accordance with established guidelines.
- Facilitating the delivery of requested materials through various channels such as mail, email, or downloads.
- Directing consumers to the appropriate departments based on established protocols.
- Escalating calls or issues to designated personnel for resolution when necessary.
- Providing translation services for callers who do not speak English, following the appropriate procedures.
- Participating in meetings and training sessions as required, while maintaining current knowledge of all programs and systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
