Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
  • Participate in general cleaning of the restaurant, including the dining area and restrooms.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
  • Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time/hourly position, with a minimum of 10-40 hours per week. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill offers a fun and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
