Be ready each day to provide outstanding service to our patrons. Our bakers are responsible for crafting our signature, oversized, warm, delectable cookies from our renowned rotating menu. On-the-job training is provided, and prior baking experience is not required.

The primary focus of this position will be to support our management in overseeing the daily operations of the store, motivate and engage our team of bakers, and maintain the highest standards of cookie quality for our dedicated customers. Our leaders set the expectations for success, and we demand excellence from our leadership team.

Compensation:

$18 per hour plus tips.

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available; 6-8 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week, including Fridays and/or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit mastery at all stations within the store (training and time for mastery provided)
  • Assist management in various capacities as needed
  • Lead and manage a team effectively
  • Assume roles and responsibilities at different stations as required
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all levels
  • Mentor and assist in training new team members
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly
  • Manage catering orders, including advance requests
  • Oversee customer flow
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store with the team, both ongoing and at the end of shifts
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
