$13.00 per hour

SP+ Hospitality is currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Primary Duties Include:
Welcoming all guests entering or exiting the hotel or garage, upholding 5-star/diamond standards.

Processing valet parking fees using the latest technology and parking software.

Answering phone calls with a friendly demeanor.

Essential Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 6 or 8 hours, excluding breaks).


Ability to answer the telephone and interact with guests to provide directions, record ticket numbers, or deliver overall customer service.

Ability to manually calculate rates without the assistance of a calculator or fee computer.

Ability to work outdoors and endure varying temperatures.

Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms (e.g., making change, clocking in/out, etc.)
