Senior Technical Support Engineer, Prisma Access

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Prisma Access team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert-level technical support to our customers, ensuring their Prisma Access solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web, resolving complex technical issues related to Prisma Access.
- Manage support cases, ensuring issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product defects, and develop test plans and best practices to improve software quality.
- Develop and publish technical documentation, including technical support bulletins and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotations, providing 24/7 support as needed.
- Previous experience in a technical support environment, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity and network access solutions.
- Expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, remote access VPN solutions, and security services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.

Please note that the compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary is expected to be between $152,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
