- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance to the public.
- Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, mail distribution, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Security and Access Control: Monitor and escort visitors, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
- Communication: Draft basic written communications, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Preference given to applicants with experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer software, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in an office environment.
