Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Center Technician to join our team at the Idaho Housing and Finance Association. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our departments by managing daily service center operations, including mail and package delivery, copy services, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily service center operations, including mail and package delivery, copy services, and administrative tasks
  • Provide routine maintenance for all copiers and assist in troubleshooting
  • Stock and organize all convenience copier areas
  • Run postage equipment and manage supplies and services
  • Build and deliver board packets and miscellaneous items upon request
  • Clean copiers and copy rooms as needed
  • Stock the 3rd floor kitchen area
  • Perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • One-plus years' experience in mail and copy center services preferred
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Fiery is preferred
  • Ability to create and maintain a successful inspired culture in the Service Center
  • Must be professional, personable, and able to stand/walk for long periods
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with people who have different backgrounds, styles, values, and beliefs
Salary and Benefits

$17.00 hourly
