About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Allen Turner Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our customers, from initial contact to closing of the deal and follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, text messages, videos, and phone calls with the goal of setting an appointment
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives to generate dealership traffic
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
  • Provide customers with initial information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Automotive BDC experience preferred
  • Available to work flexible hours and some Saturdays
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Being bilingual is a huge plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
