Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for executing multiple aspects of the Operations and Maintenance discipline to keep our systems running and up to date.

Responsibilities will include monitoring production systems, updating production and test systems, troubleshooting issues, logging defects and implementing temporary workarounds, and engaging with end users and stakeholders.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Update production and test systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement temporary workarounds
  • Log defects and communicate with stakeholders
  • Engage with end users and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with system engineering and technical leadership
  • Experience with agile development and integration
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • SIGINT, GEOINT, or Multi-INT Intelligence Community (IC) background
  • Experience with cloud-based software architectures
  • Ability to maintain technical cost and schedule for systems engineering and software integration
