Job Title: Field Auto Damage Adjuster

Join National Guard Employment Network as a Field Auto Damage Adjuster and play a crucial role in our Auto claims handling process. As a Field Auto Damage Adjuster, you will write estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards, interacting with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and written communication.

About the Role:
  • Assess and finalize estimates for auto claims
  • Interact with customers through various communication channels
  • Work in a dynamic and engaging environment with diverse workstreams
  • Must live in the Fairfield, CT area to be eligible for this role
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a fast, fair, and easy claims process
  • Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex claims situations
  • Document work in a claims system and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 18 months+ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise estimates
  • Comfortable with technology and various platforms for claims processing
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
