- Support Client Development: Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills, promoting independence and confidence.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for our clients, adhering to our center's high standards of care.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients, fostering strong relationships and a collaborative approach to care.
