Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician/Registered BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, record and report client progress, and assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Record and report client progress and behaviors.
  • Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients.
