Position Details

We are looking for an experienced attorney with a minimum of 6-9 years of expertise in advising clients on labor and employment law compliance, policy formulation, best practices, contract negotiations, administrative advocacy, and litigation.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong academic background
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive litigation experience, including cases before relevant commissions and departments
• Proven experience in representing employers regarding restrictive covenants
• Comprehensive understanding of labor and employment issues, including discrimination laws, family leave, affirmative action, and more
• Proficient in drafting separation agreements, employment contracts, and workplace policies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent project management skills and capacity to work with multiple attorneys on various assignments
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Proactive in anticipating client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong legal research capabilities
• Commitment to representing the firm with integrity and professionalism
