As a Labor & Employment Attorney, you will advise clients on employment and labor law compliance, policies, best practices, contracts, administrative advocacy, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-9 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong academic background and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will have significant litigation experience, including cases before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. You will also have experience representing employers with respect to enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.
