Join Amica Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in our Dallas Regional Office. We're seeking a skilled professional to assist customers with our claims process related to total losses. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing letters, and issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors. Responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting customers with new and existing claims via telephone
* Processing letters to those involved in the claims process
* Issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors
* Adjusting losses for a variety of claims with the exception of bodily injury

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent education required
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
* After hire, employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)
