About the Position

ColumbiaCare Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive behavioral health and Veteran's services. We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to fill a Residential Therapist role in our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

This position will provide on-site clinical services, supervision, and training for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Manager and report to the Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
About the Programs

Columbia Rose RTF is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility serving adults living with serious mental illness. Our program provides 24-hour residential care led by a registered nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Willamette Rose RTF is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility serving female adults transitioning from higher levels of care, including the State Hospital. Our program offers 24-hour residential care led by a registered nurse and meets the residential and behavioral health needs of selected individuals.

Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting are also required.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
