About the Role

Total Primary Care is a virtual mental health clinic that provides comprehensive clinical services to diverse clients. We're seeking an experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team in Houston, Texas.

**Job Summary**:

This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to patients through direct care, consultation, collaboration, coordination, and referral. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling services to individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Take a holistic approach to mental health care, addressing physical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Perform duties in accordance with state laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Total Primary Care's policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Texas (LCSW/LPC)
  • Experience working with diverse client populations and mental health issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
