Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, including catering companies and food service providers. Formulate and implement strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients, fostering enduring partnerships. Create and manage your own sales pipeline while coordinating tastings with key decision-makers who require our kosher meal solutions.
  • Sales Planning: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients. Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Familiarity with food service vendors is advantageous.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including kitchen operations and support teams, to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the food service or culinary sectors.
