Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and appearance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and liquor licensing.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of brewery and distillery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies to promote our products and increase sales.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as brewing science or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in brewery or distillery management, with a strong background in operations, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Certifications: Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission, TipS certification, Food handlers permit, and Title 31 certification.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds is also required.
