Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy operations, including patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, including Good Faith Dispensing
  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy workflow and customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve pharmacy performance


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)
  • One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous people management/leadership experience
  • Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation


Salary Range: $22.50 per hour - $31.00 per hour
