**Salary**: The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $46,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Associate is to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. This involves assisting customers with various queries related to college and disability savings processes, including account setup, payments, and distributions of funds. The successful candidate will also help families access their savings to pay qualified higher education expenses, calculate payout estimates for Prepaid529 contracts, and process account updates at the request of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must have three years' experience in an office setting providing customer service. Contact center experience in a finance field is a plus. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is also desirable. Key skills include patience, friendliness, excellent customer service, and relationship-building skills. The ability to understand, retain, and accurately communicate complex financial products and program descriptions is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is also required.

Work Environment
