Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

RCCA seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in managing clinically complex patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing treatments within a specialty area, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise chemotherapy administration and provide psychosocial support and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Participate in research and education initiatives to stay up-to-date on the latest oncology care practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a nursing school and Nurse Practitioner Program (MS preferred).
  • 5 years of nursing experience, with 2-3 years as a Nurse Practitioner or Oncology Nurse Practitioner.
  • Valid NJ State Nurse Practitioner license.
