Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

We are in search of an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is adept at managing cases involving personal injury claims. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in obtaining just compensation for clients who have endured injuries due to negligence or accidents. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Client Consultations and Evaluating Cases
  • Negotiating Settlements and Resolutions
  • Preparing Legal Documentation and Case Files
  • Maintaining Client Communication
  • Engaging in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  • Performing Legal Research and Developing Strategies
  • Coordinating with Team Members and External Parties
  • Managing Ongoing Cases Effectively

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury laws and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple cases concurrently.
  • Skilled in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Empathetic and client-centered approach to legal representation.
  • Experience in pre-litigation personal injury cases is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually
