Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Boohoff Law is seeking an experienced Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Try several cases a year.
  • Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases.
  • Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes.
  • Work with management to establish training & development paths for staff.
  • Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team.
  • Drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive litigation experience with a successful outcome.
  • FL State Bar license.
  • Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practice procedures.
  • Ability to be a team player & have a desire to positively affect those around you.
