Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Boohoff Law is seeking an experienced Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to use your strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in litigation and a passion for fighting for the rights of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Try several cases a year, utilizing your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation.
  • Work with management to establish procedures and standards to maximize case outcomes, driving success for our clients.
  • Develop and implement training and development paths for staff, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle complex litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with management to build an outstanding litigation team, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive litigation experience with a successful outcome, demonstrating your ability to achieve results for our clients.
  • FL State Bar license, ensuring that you are qualified to practice law in our jurisdiction.
  • Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practice procedures, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
  • Ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with our team to achieve success for our clients.
