Job Title: Manager, Technology Risk and Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee IT Compliance and Risk at Dagen, a rapidly growing organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk and IT Compliance plans, procedures, and work processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the risk and IT Compliance program.
  • Document, implement, and maintain IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Compliance internal controls.
  • Stay up-to-date on key IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal policies and procedures.
  • Support strategic compliance projects, process building, and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular risk and compliance assessments and develop testing and audit programs as needed.
  • Assist with processes and controls over applications and systems, including ITGC, master data processes, and access controls.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Compliance and IT Controls.
  • Familiarity with LNG Owner Operator environment and business processes is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITGC, IT controls, methodology, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Solid working knowledge of Mac OS and Office 365.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, College Certificate of Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role, preferably in IT teams for a large organization.
