HEICO Corporation is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This challenging position requires a highly skilled individual with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting aerospace products, ensuring they meet specifications and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Inspection: Read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings to understand requirements; perform inspection on aerospace products as described in written work instructions.
  • Equipment Utilization: Utilize standard inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, dial indicators, plug gages, etc.
  • Critical Inspection Procedures: Perform complex and critical inspection procedures requiring special set-up of new or unique equipment and interpretation of test data from a variety of sources.
  • Visual and Dimensional Inspections: Follow general inspection guidelines to conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a wide variety of components/assemblies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High School or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Some experience in high attention to detail position; training offered.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic (flexibility to work occasional long hours); highly responsive customer requirements, with a high attention for details; must work well with others and be flexible in handling a variety of tasks.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
