Job Overview

SUMMARY: This role involves conducting Quality Assurance Inspections for both vacant and occupied residential units, ensuring that all services align with the standards and expectations set by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(The employee may engage in various essential functions as outlined below. This description is not exhaustive but aims to accurately represent the primary elements of the position.)

· Comprehend and follow the daily schedule and instructions, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Supervisor throughout the day.

· Conduct various inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final, and/or Return) and address issues or communicate defects that exceed personal capacity to rectify to the Synergy Office.

· Manage the delivery and collection of miscellaneous service requests.

· Safeguard keys, remotes, and FOBs that are issued or assigned.

· Execute light cleaning tasks in apartments as necessary (dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal).

· Inspect furniture and report any items needing replacement or perform minor touch-ups and tightening.

· Verify the functionality of electronics, ensuring that internet modems, cable boxes, and phones are operational.

· Operate the delivery vehicle safely and courteously, ensuring it is in safe working condition and adequately fueled before use.

· Maintain a fully equipped inspection kit (backpack) and utilize its contents appropriately.

· Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

· Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and performing job-related tasks.

· Accurately document daily activities using electronic forms and submit them upon completion.

· Attend cable technician appointments to ensure successful installation and troubleshooting as requested.

· Potentially assist in the training of new employees.

· Support warehouse operations as needed.

· Carry out other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Proficient verbal communication skills in English are essential.

· Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly preferred.

· Capability to operate power and hand-held cleaning equipment.

· Basic understanding of general mathematics.

· Ability to engage in verbal communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

· Proficient in communicating via mobile devices.

· Ability to utilize GPS technology or read maps effectively.

· Must present in a clean, company-approved uniform.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism, whether working independently or as part of a team.

· Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required at the discretion of management.
