Job Overview

JobsRUs is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee quality control processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality assessments on various products, materials, and components throughout the production stages to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Analyze statistical data from production processes to confirm compliance with quality benchmarks or identify any discrepancies.
  • Perform visual assessments of soldered connections and mechanical evaluations of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Document all findings related to the acceptance or rejection of inspected items accurately.
  • Identify and report any design or process inefficiencies that may affect product quality.
  • Carry out routine quality checks on engineering designs, assemblies, and tooling.
  • Engage in internal audits and follow up on corrective actions as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

Consistent and punctual attendance is essential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and additional hours may be required.


Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant vocational training or apprenticeships in a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role.

Skills Required:
  • Ability to adhere to established procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in applying systematic quality assurance methodologies to resolve technical issues.
  • Skilled in using measurement and testing equipment as per job requirements.
  • Capable of interpreting and following both written and verbal instructions, including technical drawings and diagrams.

Computer Skills:

Proficient computer skills are necessary for this role.
