Job Overview:
The Retail Sales Lead Coordinator plays a crucial role in identifying potential customers and scheduling appointments for our Replacement Sales Retail team within major retail environments. This position serves as the initial point of contact in the prospecting process, where the Retail team depends on your persuasive skills and innovative approaches to attract potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate enthusiasm and elevate the Airtron brand presence in retail locations.
  • Identify opportunities for the Replacement Sales team by sourcing potential buyer leads for our products and services.
  • Make a tangible impact on sales by producing qualified leads.
  • Meet minimum lead generation expectations, achieving 1 lead every 5 hours during peak periods and 1 lead every 7 hours during off-peak times.
  • Coordinate lead appointments with the Airtron office staff.
  • Participate in daily sales team meetings with the Lead Generator Supervisor.
  • Present products and address inquiries from customers and retail associates.
  • Adhere to all company policies and retail store procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of college coursework.

Work Environment:
This role primarily takes place in a retail store setting during assigned shifts, with some time spent in an office environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
  • May require bending, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Capability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to hear and understand speech and other sounds for safe operation of equipment.
  • Vision capabilities to focus on close, distant, and peripheral objects.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively through spoken word.
  • Proficient in data entry using a keyboard or numeric keypad.
  • Must be able to use arms and hands for various tasks.
