Field Service Engineer for Diagnostic Equipment

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for Diagnostic Equipment to join our team at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their diagnostic equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment according to manufacturer's guidelines
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues related to diagnostic equipment
- Install and configure new diagnostic equipment, as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of previous field service experience
- Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment and its applications in various healthcare settings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
