Diagnostic Equipment Technician

Job DescriptionThis role involves performing scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work in the service area with the assistance of technical support, as directed by the Area Service Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science, and relevant field service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Scheduled Service Work: Conduct preventative maintenance as directed, and installations and de-installations of products and a wide variety of peripheral equipment as directed with some assistance.
- Support Unscheduled Work: Assist technical support with unscheduled maintenance work, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with customers.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with field personnel, home office personnel, and management through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A salary of $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
