Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing medical care and prescribed treatments to residents in assigned units.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medical care and prescribed treatments to residents in assigned units
  • Monitor the health needs and health tracking of residents
  • Obtain blood pressure, height, weight, etc.
  • Report any changes in the resident's physical or emotional status to RN for possible interventions
  • Provide first aid as needed
  • Administer medication in accordance with procedure
  • Maintain medical records of assigned residents
  • Prepare medical reports in conjunction with RN
Requirements:
  • Approved LPN Program and successful completion of the State Board Examination for licensing
  • Current LPN license
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably with a developmentally disabled or IDD population
