Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at New Vista of the Bluegrass, Inc. As a key member of our TRP team, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to our outpatient programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the TRP, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing direction and support to staff, promoting a culture of inclusion and participation.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and hiring of TRP team members, making recommendations regarding selection and development.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance, conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Manage financial resources of the TRP, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Deliver evidenced-based counseling services to individuals and families, assessing and integrating historical, psychosocial, and medical information into treatment plans.
  • Manage situations involving client risk, providing clinical crisis services to de-escalate crisis situations and promote stability.
  • Provide clinical assessment, crisis assessment, and mental health petitions, as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Applicable state licensure in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness, with a preference for independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PhD, etc.).
