Nurse Liaison

Mountain Vista Senior Living is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Liaison to provide clinical evaluation and admissions expertise.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to support the entire campus - Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Care, and Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical evaluation for potential residents who meet admission criteria
- Oversee the admissions process for new residents
- Cultivate prospects and referral sources
- Coordinate move-ins and help plan events
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or compact license
- BSN degree preferred
- Long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home experience preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
