Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Process new account openings, loan applications, and other financial services as needed.
  • Promote our products and services to members, identifying opportunities to deepen their relationship with the credit union.
  • Work closely with branch staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent member satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a financial services or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn credit union software systems.
